CLIENT AUTOPILOT SMS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By subscribing to Client Autopilot’s SMS marketing services and related communication channels, you (the "Subscriber") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms establish guidelines for your participation in our SMS program and outline your rights as a recipient of our messages.


1. SMS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Client Autopilot or its partners, you:

Agree to receive automated promotional messages, service notifications, and other content via SMS to the phone number you provided.Consent to the use of your provided phone number for communication purposes, even if it is on a state or federal “Do Not Call” list.


2. YOUR CONSENT AND OPT-IN REQUIREMENTS

3. MESSAGE DELIVERY

Client Autopilot cannot guarantee 100% message delivery success and is not liable for missed messages.


9. ELIGIBILITY

By subscribing, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/legal guardianYou are the authorized user of the device associated with the phone number provided


10. PROHIBITED USE

Our SMS services must not be used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, including: Sharing links to malicious contentHarassmentViolations of any federal, state, or local laws


11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes: Client Autopilot will work to resolve the issue amicably

Legal jurisdiction is governed by the laws of California
